After all-out offensive, AFP tells Maguindanao folk to put up security vs. armed groups

Residents who fled their homes due to the Armed Forces of the Philippines' recently ended all-out offensive against the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters may start returning to their communities in Maguindanao, AFP chief General Gregorio Pio Catapang said on Monday.
