Viral video of 'Mamasapano killing' not conclusive against MILF – Jaafar

The Moro Islamic Liberation Front said the viral video purportedly showing armed men killing commandos of the Philippine National Police Special Action Force does not conclusively show that MILF members are responsible, a report form GMA's “State of the Nation” program said Wednesday.
