Former military officer and now senator Antonio "Sonny" Trillanes IV on Tuesday came to the defense of the Armed Forces of the Philippines saying that the military should not be blamed for the deaths of the 44 fallen elite cops who died in the hands of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters in Mamasapano, Maguindanao.
