Some of Mamasapano guns from MILF ‘stripped of scopes, parts’

Some of the 16 firearms surrendered by the Moro Islamic Liberation Front were purposely stripped of their expensive accessories such as scopes and other parts, a survivor of the Mamasapano operation and a former junior officer who's now in Congress said on Thursday.
