Senators welcome modified SC decision on DAP

Opposition Sen. Nancy Binay wants the Senate to continue its investigation on how the government spent funds under the Disbursement Acceleration Program even after the Supreme Court modified its earlier decision finding certain acts under the DAP unconstitutional.
