Purisima, Napeñas might face raps for insubordination – Rep. Biazon

Resigned Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Alan Purisima and sacked Special Action Force (SAF) commander Director Getulio Napeñas may be liable for insubordination for failing to follow President Benigno Aquino III's instructions for the Jan. 25 Mamasapano operation, Muntinlupa City Rep. Rodolfo Biazon said on Tuesday.
