PNP Board of Inquiry head: Arrest orders vs. Marwan, Usman ‘rightfully pursued’

The arrest orders against international terrorist Zulkifli bin Hir alias "Marwan" and Filipino bomb-maker Abdul Basit Usman had been rightfully pursued by state authorities, the head of the Philippine National Police-Board of Inquiry said Wednesday.
