Palace to CBCP head: PNoy already claimed responsibility for Mamasapano incident

Malacañang on Monday said President Benigno Aquino III has already claimed responsibility for the January 25 Mamasapano clash, in response to the call of the head of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines for a “full accounting” of the incident.
