Koko sees good deal in P240-M diagnosis and repair of 82k PCOS machines

Senator Aquilino Pimentel III believes the government will get a good deal out of the P240-million contract the Commission on Election signed with Smartmatic for the diagnostics and repairs of 82,000 vote-counting machines.
