Iqbal mum on surrender of MILF members in Mamasapano clash

Moro Islamic Liberation Front chief negotiator Mohagher Iqbal on Wednesday gave no categorical answer on whether the MILF would surrender to the government its members who figured in the Mamapasano clash that resulted in the deaths of 44 police commandos on Jan. 25.
