If true, MILF training a violation of peace pact —Deles

The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) might be liable for violating the peace agreement it signed with the government if they were training with the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF), Presidential Adviser on Peace Process Teresita Deles said Wednesday.
