Ex-SAF chief to resign if Marwan is still alive

Sacked police Special Action Force chief Director Getulio Napeñas on Wednesday said he will resign from service if Malaysian terrorist Zulkifli bin Hir, one of the two targets of the bloody January 25 operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao, is still alive.
