CAAP to impose ‘no aircraft movement’ at NAIA for French president’s departure to Samar

For 30 minutes, planes will be barred from landing at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport starting about 9:15 a.m. Friday for the departure of French president François Hollande and his delegation to Guiuan, Samar.
