ARMM gov: MILF must prove it can police its own ranks

The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) must prove that it is capable of policing its own ranks, particularly if the investigations on the bloody Mamasapano clash show their members are also accountable, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) Gov. Mujiv Hataman said.
