AFP: Gov't troops, intel agents cannot receive bounty for Marwan

The multimillion-dollar reward for the capture of suspected Malaysian bombmaker and Jemaah Islamiya leader Zulkifli bin Hir, alias Marwan, cannot go to government troops and intelligent agents, the Armed Forces of the Philippines said Thursday.
