Though ailing, Rolito Go won’t get executive clemency –BuCor chief

President Benigno Aquino III is expected to extend executive clemency to old and terminally ill convicts from the New Bilibid Prison in time for the five-day visit of Pope Francis later this month. Murder convict Rolito Go, however, though suffering from Stage 4 cancer, will not be among them.
