Senate to start tackling constitutional issues surrounding BBL

The Senate is set to start this month the discussion on the constitutional issues surrounding the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law, parallel to hearings to be held in Mindanao, to expedite the approval of the bill before Congress adjourns its sessions in March.
