Palace to public: Stay put in case of commotion during Luneta papal Mass

Malacañang on Tuesday advised Filipinos planning to attend Pope Francis’ Mass at the Luneta this Sunday to stay put in case of a commotion during the event to prevent the possibility of a stampede.
