Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin Binay Jr on Monday expressed readiness to turn himself in to the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee as a consequence of his continued refusal to attend the hearings of the Senate subcommittee on the allegedly overpriced Makati City Hall Building II and other alleged anomalies.
