House to probe PNP’s ability to trace indiscriminate firing cases

Valenzuela City Rep. Sherwin Gatchalian said the PNP’s ability to go after perpetrators of indiscriminate firing and other gun-related crimes has been limited because only two Integrated Ballistic Identification System (IBIS) have been bought for the crime laboratory.
