De Lima orders new probe on Dumagats in Army man’s abduction

Justice Secretary Leila de Lima has ordered the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Rizal to move for the withdrawal of criminal charges against two members of the Dumagats tribe, accused of kidnapping of a retired Army serviceman.
