CHR sets independent probe on Mamasapano clash

The Commission on Human Rights is set to conduct its own investigation on Sunday's bloody clash in Mamasapano town, Maguindanao, which resulted in the deaths of 44 elite policemen in the hands of Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF).
