CHR calls for accountability in Mamasapano clash, recalls Al-Barka incident in 2011

The Commission on Human Rights on Tuesday called on the government to make accountable those who may have committed operational lapses when almost 400 members of the PNP-Special Action Force went to Mamasapano town to arrest two suspected terrorists over the weekend.
