CA issues amparo writ, seeks De Lima side on Bilibid inmate’s transfer

The Court of Appeals on Monday issued a writ of amparo ordering Justice Secretary Leila de Lima and several others to comment on a petition contesting the transfer of an inmate from New Bilibid Prison last December 15.
