Lawmakers on Tuesday called on President Benigno Aquino III to explain the bungled operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao that resulted in the deaths of 44 policemen in the hands of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters over the weeked.
