Ad hoc panel suspends discussions on BBL provisions following PNP-MILF clash

The ad hoc committee on the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) has decided to suspend the discussions on the measure’s provisions pertaining to national defense and public order following the clash involving suspected members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and Philippine National Police (PNP), which has left at least 30 elite policemen dead.
