Fourteen surviving members of the Constitutional Commission issued on Monday their command stand supportive of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law in response to challenges to the measure's constitutionality. The charter framers dared BBL critics to look beyond semantics and legalese and instead weigh the factors of human development and social justice.
