Syjuco files another graft, plunder complaint vs. Drilon

Former Iloilo Rep. Augusto Syjuco Jr. on Tuesday filed a new set of plunder and graft charges against Senate President Franklin Drilon, this time for the alleged anomalous misuse of P75 million worth of his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) in 2011.
