Singapore Red Cross donates P2M to Ruby relief efforts

International aid agency Singapore Red Cross has donated S$60,000 (roughly P2 million) to the victims of Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit) which hit parts of the Visayas and Luzon over the weekend and early this week.
