‘Rich inmates help in prison wanting in resources’

The system in which wealthy prisoners of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) get to enjoy some privileges in exchange for their contributions for the improvement of the NBP facility is not a totally bad practice, the leader of a prison outreach program said on Thursday.
