Ombudsman to file raps vs. ex-MWSS exec over unliquidated funds

Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales has ordered the filing of charges against former Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) deputy administrator Cristeto Dinopol for allegedly failing to liquidate funds amounting to P26,652.
