Napoles to Sandiganbayan: Order UCPB to submit Luy’s bank records

Detained businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the multi-billion peso pork barrel fund scam, has asked the anti-graft court Sandiganbayan to compel the United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) to submit the bank records of Benhur Luy and the other whistleblowers.
