Miriam says Pemberton should be brought to city jail

Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago on Wednesday said Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton, the US Marine facing murder charges in connection with the killing of Filipino transgender woman Jeffrey “Jennifer” Laude, should be transferred to the city jail.
