La Mesa Dam ‘will not overflow’ if other dams keep gates closed, says PAGASA

Despite the anticipated amount of rainfall to pour over Metro Manila on Monday, state weather agency PAGASA said La Mesa Dam will not overflow as long as the other dams do not release water.
