Gov’t funds not wasted on Yolanda bunkhouses damaged by Ruby –Palace

Malacañang on Tuesday confirmed that some bunkhouses built by the national government for Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) survivors were damaged by Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit), but denied government funds were wasted.
