DSWD: Sendong survivors given proper housing despite delays

Survivors of Tropical Storm Sendong (Washi) in northern Mindanao were given proper housing despite delays primarily caused by difficulties in securing land for relocation sites, the Department of Social Welfare and Development said Friday.
