De Lima: NBI has yet to probe death of Binay accuser’s partner in 2002

Justice Secretary Leila de Lima on Friday clarified that the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has never investigated the death of the live-in partner of former Makati vice mayor Ernesto Mercado, a chief accuser of Vice President Jejomar Binay.
