Convict files writ of amparo to contest transfer from Bilibid

The family of one of the convicts who were transferred from the New Bilibid Prison to another detention facility has filed a writ of amparo before the Court of Appeals, asking the appellate court to allow his loved ones to visit him especially over the Christmas holidays.
