CA denies Syjuco's plea to stop construction of Iloilo dam project

The Court of Appeals has refused to temporarily stop the construction of a water reservoir in the Jalaur River, which former Iloilo Rep. Augusto Syjuco Jr. claims would displace and adversely affect 17,000 residents from 25 villages.
