Arrest warrant out for Laude murder accused Pemberton

The Olongapo Regional Trial Court on Tuesday afternoon issued a warrant for the arrest of US Marine PFC Joseph Scott Pemberton in connection with the killing of Filipino transgender woman Jeffrey "Jennifer" Laude on October 11.
