VP Binay backs out of debate with Trillanes

Vice President Jejomar Binay on Tuesday said he is backing out of a debate with Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV scheduled on November 27. The debate would have covered among other things the alleged overpricing of the construction of the Makati City Hall Building II which was bidded out during Binay's term as city mayor. Binay said his decision is final.
