UP Diliman grad tops list of Chemical Engineer Licensure Exam passers

A total of 596 out of 871 passed the Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination, with a graduate from UP Diliman topping the list, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Monday.
