A state witness in the multi-billion peso pork barrel fund scam on Friday testified that Senators Loren Legarda, Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., former Masbate governor Rizalina Seachon-Lanete and two former congressmen were involved in the massive fund anomaly.
