SEC finds inconsistencies in financial statements of Tiu firms

The Securities and Exchange Commission has found several inconsistencies in the financial reports of the companies of and linked with businessman Antonio Tiu, who claimed ownership of the sprawling property in Rosario Batangas but which critics said was owned by Vice President Jejomar Binay.
