Palace: 2015 budget not for 2016 polls, follows SC rulings

Malacañang on Tuesday maintained that it followed Supreme Court rulings against the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) and the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) in crafting the proposed 2015 budget, which is now being questioned before the high court.
