Ombudsman, AFP sign MOA on soldiers’ cases

The Office of the Ombudsman and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) signed a Memorandum of Agreement on Friday to "fast-track" case disposition by assigning jurisdiction over crimes and administrative charges.
