Napolcom asked to soon resolve admin raps vs. cops in Maguindanao massacre

Families of 13 victims in the five-year-old Maguindanao massacre on Wednesday asked the National Police Commission (Napolcom) to "immediately resolve" the four-year-old administrative case they had filed against local policemen implicated in the November 23, 2009 killings.
