Lawyer: Junjun Binay skipped Senate hearing because he wasn’t given list of questions

Mayor Junjun Binay’s absence at the Senate blue ribbon subcommittee probe on the alleged overpriced construction of the Makati City Hall Building II last October 30 was due to the panel’s failure to furnish him and other city officials copies of the questions they will be asked at the hearing.
