Even justices of the Sandiganbayan have started to grow impatient with the slow pace of the bail hearings of detained Senator Jinggoy Estrada, with Justice Roland Jurado, chairman of the Fifth Division, saying the 2016 elections might be over before a decision on bail can be reached.
