House leader says chamber to vote on Cha-cha before Christmas break

The House of Representatives is expected to approve on second reading the controversial measure to amend the economic provisions of the 1987 Constitution before Congress adjourns for its Christmas break, Majority Leader Neptali Gonzales II said Thursday.
